By booking with Goa Trip Package, you agree to the terms below. These terms protect both you and us, and cover bookings, cancellations, conduct on board and liability.
Bookings & payment
- All bookings are confirmed only once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received.
- Prices shown on the site are per person or per yacht as indicated, and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Children under 5 travel free on most cruises. Children 5–11 are charged a reduced child rate where listed.
Cancellation policy
- 72+ hours before: full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- 24–72 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours: non-refundable, but rebookable to a future date subject to availability.
- If we cancel due to weather, mechanical issues or any reason on our side, you receive a full refund or rebook on a date of your choice.
On board & on tour
- Life jackets must be worn on all watersports activities and yacht cruises while sailing.
- The captain or guide has final authority on all safety matters and may refuse to operate if conditions are unsafe.
- Outside food, alcohol and DJ equipment are not allowed on board unless pre-approved as part of a private charter.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the upper deck.
Liability
Goa Trip Package and its operating partners carry the licences and insurance required by Indian maritime authorities. We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for any injury arising from non-compliance with safety instructions on board or on tour. We strongly recommend that travellers carry their own personal travel insurance.
Privacy
We collect only the personal information you give us at booking (name, contact number, dates, headcount) and use it only to deliver the booked service. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
